Default which spark plugs ?

hey guys, need to know good quality plugs for remapped WRX. What plugs is majority of people use on remapped WRX 2005 GDA models. EJ205 engine.

Currently running NGK PFR7B's gapped to 0.65mmpreviously had NGK Iridium IX (BKR6EIX-11 but was told to switch over to
NGK PFR7's as its a colder plug.

I was also told the NGK PRF7's are one heat grade colder than standard and are the right plug. Plugs have a heat range, higher number means colder running, the std plug is heat range 6, the NGK PRF7's are heat range seven. Thats as cold as you can go for a daily driver for normal use, anything colder will foul up and cause poor running.
