Done lots of searching on the forum over the last week, but have a few questions which I can't seem to find the answer too.
Exhaust
Currently it is the standard prodrive exhaust, but wanting something a little louder and decatted to free up some power/driveability. For around 300bhp I guess I am best off sticking to a 2.5" system? Looking at a 3" decat downpipe and 2.5" straight through centre with jap style backbox. I have read about an up pipe and headers as well, will I need to worry about these to achieve 300bhp?
Turbo
Will the standard turbo be man enough to run 300bhp? Is there a better choice? I don't want a laggy turbo so nothing too big!
Intercooler
What is better for my needs, TMIC or FMIC? I don't really want to have to cut into the front bumper if I can help it, but if the FMIC is noticeably better I'd consider it.
Mapping
From reading the information about WR sports, I think I have the prodrive ECU already fitted? Who is the best mapper within about 100 miles of Cambridge?
Fuel pump
Read a lot about Walbro 255? Is this what I will need?
What else will I need to consider to achieve a reliable 300bhp?
Thanks
Tom
