Default removing induction resinator, small vac pipe?

Hi all any idea what the small vac pipe on the bottom of the resinator is for? Looks like its connected to some kind of solonoid? Any idea what I should do with it after iv removed the box? Cheers

It sounds like the waste boost pipe from the boost solenoid. You can either leave it to vent to atmosphere or stick in the back of your cone filter if you are fitting one.

the little pipe is from the bottom of the solonoid (on my 3 port) & it does need to be connected as it could pick up false readings and the car would not run right. I know this as i have just sorted issues out in this area with boost problems.
