Yes, but it will reduce the amount of rear camber - a set of camber bolts can correct this pretty easily.
The only thing to note is if you are using stock (non STi) saloon rear springs the rear may sag a little as wagon springs are a designed to compensate for the slight extra weight of the wagon.
