as stated i have a 2005 sti which over boosts in 5th and 6th gear and get fault code 0244 which is turbo wastegate solenoid a range/performance i have changed the solenoid and checked for any split pipes and it is still the same has any one had this problem thanks.

 

Do u have a full exhaust system? mine had that problem after havin a full 3in exhaust fitted inc decat. ul need to get it mapped if so.

 

full system but ive done this to other imprezas ive never had this problem. was yours just 5th and 6th gear to? i will try putting my cat back in for now cheers.

 

That'll be your problem then. Get it mapped.
