It will be a slight improvement over the standard cooler fitted to your car but tbh they are not great,if your are dead set on keeping the top mount then invest in a newage sti version or a decent after market deep core cooler.

Only FMIC.
If you want a TMIC go for one off an STi 8 etc. It is a lot of work to fit it to your car properly. it is only a partial solution. Better than what you have now but not the full answer and by the time you have it, have it fitted with taller scoop and under tray it is going to cost you a fair bit. Without scoop and undertray you are wasting your time as I found out.
A direct comparison, back to back. The above car mapped on STi 8 TMIC. 392 bhp all done. Temps high 40s on the rollers.
Hybrid GT (not GT2) fitted, mapped, same mapper, Steve Simpson, same rollers on a day with slightly higher ambient temperature. 401 bhp out the box. 410 after mapping left safe in daily running trim. Temps low 30s.
