DOES IT NEED TO BE RESET OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT? I WILL OBVIOUSLY BE CHANGING THE THROTTLE BODY OVER AS A WHOLE BUT IF IM DISCONNECTING IT ALL WILL IT LOOSE ITS POSITION OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT? ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED THANKS MIKE!!! WOOPP

I've had my inlet manifold off and on a few times now (MY98). It's a bit of a pain but not overly difficult. The first time I took lots of photos and was **** about labeling everything up as there are many pipes/connections. I did not have to pay any particular attention to the throttle settings other than replacing it in the reverse of removal.
Get new gaskets - especially the ones that mate to the heads. The purist will want to replace the other gaskets - throttle body etc. though I have sometimes used old ones for those
Hope that helps
