Default turbo up pipe for classic

hi can anyone confirm if the turbo up pipe for a 95 classic has a cat?
I've been looking to upgrade this rusty pipe for stainless and everyone I seem to find say's de cat. I did not know there was a cat there

There is no cat in any classic uppipes. Its called a decat as its a straight fit into newages which have cat fitted
