Could your car have had that reg when the PPP was added? It was possible to purchase the package from dealers as an extra.

There you go then, Its a private plate, If the car had been registered on that plate it would have been non-transferable, So the owner had it registered then put the plate on it and it then went to prodrive

Pretty sure X2 WRX was a private plate owned by Stan Palmers in Carlisle.

Edit: Found a picture from a trackday at Croft 1st June 2003 with it on a blob STI.

The car was collected from Carlisle in 2011 I think, is it a bad thing it was owned by a track day enthusiast? Aha

mine had some tippex on it due to the original reg plate being changed, as long as the chassis no matches its ok.
but the ppp is crap anyway.

Might not be the same car! It's been on a few that I know of. It was Palmers themselves taking customers out so nothing to worry about.

X2 WRX appeared on a number of Stan Palmer Demo cars, Rob84 on here should be able to tell you if it's currently on their demo BRZ

PX is a local Cumbrian Prefix so likely it was a Stan Palmer demo car at some point.

Don't think Steve was at that one Shaun. I wouldn't care one bit about buying that car, it would have been well looked after.
