Default gearbox oil

hi people i Have a PPG with straight cut 1st and 2nd, helical 3rd and 4th with UK ratio 5th what oil would it take would it be the same as i would use in a normal 5 speed box or will it need percific oil,i thing i used syntrax oil in my standard 5 speeds but not sure if its the same in this box

With those gears, go for either the Redline Lightweight Shockproof or Millers CRX NT.
