Bov not working properly!
Hi guys new to the forum hope I can grab some good advice and also help some people as well,
I have recently fitted a 2005 sti tmic to my 2000classic uk spec (which was a b***h before we start) I have a mate who is a fabricator and made custom brackets and bov fittment which comes off the inter cooler with stainless 90degree angle too the right an the dv sits on the right hand side of the tmic facing the bulk head, I used a turbosmart mega sonic and all it does is flutter very quietly no matter where it is adjusted the vacuum hose was a tight fit onto the dv, is 2mm and is about 750mm long from the inlet manifold and has a t peice for a boost gauge, any ideas? Hope this is detailed enough, thanks

Sorry guys I forgot to add the car is standard apart from exhaust and filter and is running 1bar of boost, I thought this may not off been enough pressure to run the massive turbosmart but iv been told 1bar is plenty

Thanks for the reply mate I know Alan and Martin was just hoping it would be an easy fix and something stupid that I have missed I.e the vacuum hose is too long or not big enough as the fittment on the dv is about 3mm and the pipe diameter is 2mm and was a very very tight fit
