Default CEL advice, after driving hard

Engine at temperature and driven hard on a standard wrx, throws a CEL up. Engine runs fine no odd noise, could it be my ****ty Atmospheric DV ? It's not showing any leaks.
Vague I know but any idea appreciated

Hi there

When you drive hard,are you hit rev limiter,if yes this can be camshaft position sensor,which usually throwing CEL when you are hit the Rev Limiter

If this means yes,would say can be this error,which will go off after few start ups,if will persist and will be there would suggest OBD reader and post the error code

Dito, I think it was a problem on the early newage??? I was told by a subaru techy The sensor sits a nats **** 2 far away so when u rev it hard or hit the limiter its enought to throw up the cam position range/performance code, if u stop and start the car 3-4 times it should clear any sporadic codes
