Default Upgrading myo4 wrx

Im looking to tune my 2004wrx further, its currently putting out 260bhp, full 3" decat with magnex oval, k&n typhoon inner wing kit and a fuelling tweak. Other than adding the obligatory walbro fuel pump and bigger injectors what other things should i be looking to do engine wise and how much extra wellie can a wrx block take.

I'm in the process of gathering bits at the minute too and I know some are running close to or over 400bhp on standard internals and gearbox but I would say it will be more luck than anything else if everything holds together lol ; )

Somewhere in and around 340 to 360 is probably a good compromise! ; )

+1

my wrx has the sti engine but i will not be taking it over 350bhp due to the 5 speed box,a properly mapped wrx with the above mods running 330ish bhp will be a very quick road car imho

Thats all im really looking for is a decent 330ish. Ive already changed the brakes to brembos and have front and rear strut braces, so i now think its time for more grunt. On another note has anybody heard of a mapper in the edinburgh area called trackhound and is his work anygood. I know of Andy Forrest but i feel he is quite expensive.

Alistair(TrackHound) is well known for mapping up here, he'll be able to map your car no problem. This car, engine, mods combo is bread and butter....
