Default high idle/ misfiring

i have a 2004 wrx and its started to idle high at around 1500-2000 all the time, firstly ever since i bought the car the front lambda sensor wires were cut and that never caused an issue. now i have three faults idle control valve and maf sensor and the 02 sensor fault which i have always had i have replaced the idle control valve and didnt fix it and i have tried unplugging the maf sensor while the vehicle is warm and idleing and there is no change in idle rev either. what else can i check and has anyone else had this issue before? any help would be appreciated as my car has not run properly for 3 or 4 weeks now

did you clean the body that houses the idle control valve out,as the new idle control valve might be stuck open again , also oil any linkages around throttle if rusted up ,check throttle cable is free.

Yea the body was also cleaned and I did check the throttle cable and it didn't appear to be stiff or sticking in any way
