334 at the wheels seems pretty good really mate. 265 is standard. you still have a cat in the exhaust, and I expect you are running the standard boost solenoid, as opposed to a 3-port. its not about numbers though mate. numbers are for carpark chit-chat. torque, lag, and drivablility are what matters. how does it feel?

The turbo will do 350 bhp I think the 35 can max out 360/370 iirc so more than what u want although it at its limit am sure the injectors in the car will also go above 335 bhp but don't quote me on that you can get them reflowed! Also good headers and removal of cat will help defo! How good is the guys rolling road as these change from person to person also chap!

yes, the cat can make quite a difference. plus, you are running 2.5" exhaust, not 3 inch, which will make a bit of difference.
you are essentially running the same setup as my wr1 when it was standard, and they are supposed to be 320bhp, although mine read at 298 when I had it dyno'd when I first got it.
I think really if you want more a BIT more power, you will be looking:
3 port boost solenoid,
3" decat exhaust, but this prob won't see you past 350, which is only a 15bhp increase.
If you want a big noticable feeling, then its the above, plus:
turbo (sc40, sc46)
reworked injectors
front mount intercooler
fuel pressure regulator
depends how much you want, compared to the size of your wallet

nah, 550cc injectors are good for 400bhp with a fuel pressure regulator, and with an uprated fuel pump, they shouldnt be struggling there really.

Depends on more factors, but 334bhp should be OK with your mods what you have listed
VF35 usually making from 320-350bhp and again depends on mods, some people making on VF35 just above 320bhp,some making above 340bhp etc.
2.5" exhaust is not restrctive up to 400bhp,I wouldn't invest to the 3" exhaust, rather would spend money on the 2.5" decatted downpipe and OE STi headers(GT Spec will be good option too,but at your level you can loose on spool up )

Second that. Just looks like a safe map - bit rich for max power. Hence why it might look like your injectors are running quite high duties - they can in fact cope with higher powers outputs.
