Hello, it is normal or not.

I have 05 sti about 100000miles, about 300PS, supersprint straight exhaust system

No its not normal and why is the engine light on?

Get an under the bonnet video as i presume that is where the noise is coming from?

From left side. Maybe piston? I hope that not....

engine light on - because open exhaust without lambda.

Mechanic says ->That is exhaust, when I stay, it is ok, is only with boost

I drive 100 - 200km per day, this sound is normal.

Front connection of exhaust is knocking, mechanic and last owner says.... But I dont know, sounds strange.
