Default 1995 wrx 2.5.. autronics ecu help needed

hey guys.
i have just done a 2.5 conversion on my 1995 wrx.
i bought the engine, turbo and ecu from a breakers.
the ecu is the autronics smc v1.99
the car is running but very rough...
few questions.

is the autronics ecu's mafless? i have my maff plugged in..
it has an internal map sensor so do i get rid of the cars standard map sensor?
also with the internal map sensor does that mean the ecu controlls the boost?
i didnt see the way it was all together or what was all on the car before it got broken lol.
thanks
any advice is appreciated

Autronic has an onboard map sensor, have you run a vac pipe from the manifold to it?

Yes ecu controls the boost assuming the boost solenoid is wired and plumbed and ecu internal map sensor is plumbed.
