Tick, Tock..........

You`re gonna be pushing high 400`s ish with that turbo but you might need to do something with the injectors, You got a FPR fitted?

Highest one i knew of was Banny`s old one which he had around 523bhp iirc.

Depends on what injectors you are using and what car it is too, If you are on standard 3 bar fuel pressure on a newage sti you are one of the lucky ones if you actually hit 400bhp on 550cc pinks IMO.

Ryan,

650`s on standard fuel pressure are going to max out around 460-475 but if i`m right in thinking with another 0.5 bar of fuel pressure you should be able to cope with 510ish, I`m sure the MD321V a 500bhp rated turbo, Is it a billet too?

Just letting you know as come mapping day you dont want to be unprepared or if you are in doubt speak to your mapper beforehand, The choices would be either bigger injectors or an adjustable FPR to raise the fuel pressure a bit to squeeze more fuel through

As above Ryan V should be making close to 500bhp if you have all supported mods.Buts still I would add bigger MAP sensor if your car will be mapped via SuperROM(CarBerry ROM)

Your injectors can be maxxed too at this level,FPR or bigger injectors will be needed if you will be looking for more power

Then it's handling aspects to work on

At around the 450bhp mark you should be contemplating a full rebuild on a 2ltr or going for a 2.1, you will just end up with a laggy car otherwise which will ruin the drivability of the car.

Surely 500bhp on standard internals is going to end up with failing? im running 418 but thinking of taking it up a bit as its set low, maybe 450 max as dont want too kill it.

430/370 and no problems after some hardcore weekend driving for last 2 years, could do with some more torque though, a nice built 2.5 would do the trick

Hi there

MD321S is somewhere between T and V,not sure, but on 2.0L you will find this turbo laggier than T,I've seen only this turbo on 2.5L where has making nice numbers

Not sure if is there possibility to have billet conversion

Hi Mark

If you have billet S then should be better than non billet and you will gain on the spool up and on the top end too

With right mods I would expect above 450bhp(470 bhp should be possible on the V-power)
