Default Refitting engine

Morning guys!!!

My engine is due back this week following some work and I need some basic advic on putting it back in. A friend of mine and I took it out but the one thing he did that I didn't see was undoing the engine mounts so I have no idea what they look like, how they go together etc etc...... Any help would be appreciated!

Most people remove the engine with the mounts still attached to the engine. Its just 2 studs that go through a cross member. If you take a look you will see 2 elongated holes that the studs go through.

You might find it useful to jack up the gearbox when refitting the engine so that the engine mounts clear the crossmember when you're sliding it into place.
