Default Crank and Cam sensor the same?

Hi guys,

Putting a new engine into my 1995 uk turbo. Went to take the old Crank sensor off and it disintergrated, no exaduration it literally came apart as I undid the bolt.

Ive read up and apparently they can be a difficult to get out so assume the damage was done previously.

Has anyone got one knocking about they dont want much for? Also are they the same as the Cam sensor?

Really appreciate the help, its just plumbing, an oil and coolant change away from running now.

Cheers

Rob
