Default Longlife exhausts?

Does anyone have any experiences with longlife exhausts on a subaru.

No experience on a scoob but a friend used the local long life supplier in Leigh Lancashire and the quality of the work was appalling, the exhaust leaked where it had been badly welded and the bends were substandard with crushing on a few of them.
The price was competitive but I certainly wouldn't reccomend that particular depot. Others may be better so please don't take just my word for it.

I think you will hear bad press about what ever business you look in to if you proper wanted to dig for info, I had a long life on my vec and was very good, yet my mate had one on his Astra gsi from the same branch and was horrendous! Welds were appalling and were rusting quite clearly, it comes down to the skills of an individual not so much the company, if you get a good quality worker who takes pride in his work then odds on it will be great, get some monkey to make it on a timescale to get the other cars through the door and it will be shīt, I am going back to have my centre resonator removed on my milltek as I don't like it, its literally a straight bit of pipe I need with the ends slip jointed so they can't really mess that up but if I was to go back and see the same guy who made my mates going to touch it, I think I would have a sharp word that if the work is shīt then you ain't paying for it, amazing what that does to the quality of work

Got one on my gc8 rally car and been fine for years no issues

make sure they use stainless wire and correct gas, otherwise the welds rust on stainless exhausts and look manky,

Had one years ago it was rubbish when i took it off car it fell apart
