Default what to use to treat rust under ?

I have some rust, doesn't seem too bad, but in a lot of places under the car...
Mostly on the frame, bolts, joints, pipes etc below the engine the frame seems to be the worst.

What would others recommend for treating these ? Never done anything like this before

I have been reading about http://www.bilthamber.com/corrosion-treatments/deox-gel but not sure if this is what would fit best for my needs.

I can't immerse the rusty bits obviously, so really need smth to spray on and do the work.

Also after using this, would it be just enough to re-paint it or some other stuff should be put first ?

Appreciate the input

HI mate, I use Wire brushes hand and rotary to remove the ruff loose stuff, dirty work but easy enough. I like the Kurust stuff 250ml bottle goes along way for around £8.00 ready in 15 minutes ish. Dinatrol do some great rust over paints but that isn't cheap stuff. I've heard of guy's using POR products with good results or theres just plain old waxoyl.

Quite a lot of people are buying the Deox Gel off us for the same sort of thing that you need.

Thanks for the answers!

Seems that the procedure would be to wirebrush than apply one of these solutions, than paint it, if it is the case otherwise use hammerite
