Apexi power fc fitting to my99 uk classic with OE 440 injectors, do I need to rescale

Finding conflicting advice, it's the 3 plug power FC, is that setup for 440's at 100%?

might be worth a call to FB Tuning 07595493581, he maps loads of Power FCs. (including my 00 uk turbo on 440s)
