ihi vf34 oil restrictor

Hi, have a 00 reg 2000 turbo. with standard turbo on at the moment. going to be fitting a ihi vf34 what size oil restrictor do i need? can i just the the standard oil feed pipe?

subaru part number for the bolt is 15194AA130 if any help

if needed i didnt bother with the head part as i think its just a bolt with a filter inside but if needed here you go Vf banjo 14445AA002 head end
