Default really need some help!!! subaru experts wanted

hi guys, I have a version 1 sti engine, today I have taken my turbo off my car and sorted my up pipe out.. it started and worked as I drove it on my ramp at the unit its kept at, job complete and I go to drive her off and she wont fire.. im completely baffled by this cos I have checked everything over and over.
I have a Clifford G4 and the siren wasn't working as the car was sat for two years until last week and wasn't run... but now the siren makes its usual noise to unlock and when the alarm goes off. it has run all week and today but now it wont.

fuel pump primes
car turns over
maf is connected
lambda is connected all earths are connected etc

im soo confused chaps please help me if you have suggestions

I'm guessing that if it was an immobiliser fault then it wouldn't turn over. That is a pure guess.
So the next question on my my mind would be; is it sparking?

So it started after the work. How long did you run it for? Was it a very short time just to move it?

You say the fuel pump primed but have you checked actual delivery of fuel?

Start with reading the codes. Could be the crank sensor has failed which would show a code. I had one fail where it was left standing for ages then initially it worked ok for a day then crank sensor failed. Quick code read and found problem.
