Default hard brake pedal....help

Hello. I've tried almost everything, bled the brakes, checked all the calipers, pads etc, replaced brake servo (not master cylinder as the breakers sent the wrong one). Apart from the master cylinder, can there be anything else that could be causing my brake pedal to be extremely hard and right at the top, virtually have no brakes. They are ap's 365mm brakes so should be a little better than they are. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance. Max

sounds like no servo assistance

there are pipes on both classic and newage that have one way valves inside them

newage is on the pipe that goes from the manifold to the bulkhead ( passenger side )

classic im sure is nearer the servo

you cant miss the valve as it causes a '' bump '' in the pipe

most people change for silicone hoses etc but dont transfer the valve over and other times the valve just plainly doesnt work , i suggest checking there

make sure you do not have other pipes tee'd into this pipe either ( effectively rendering the one way valve useless )

hope this helps
