IAC VALVE BOOST LEAK / GASKET FAILURE

After reading some reports on changing the IACV gasket (via NASIOC)
The gasket fails allowing coolant into the throttle - thus loosing coolant (sploshing behind dash sounds etc) or boost pressure into the coolant system.
The nasioc write up basically is straight forward, i have the gasket in hand but the screws are not going to come out in one piece. So job on hold...

THE INTERESTING PART OF THIS THREAD IS: the black pipe i have used to seal up the two loose connections for the original coolant pipe is under boost pressure.
IE.. when the engine is active, the black pipe is solid, thus under pressure..... hence gasket failure... air leaking out.
Make of this what you will, but seems like a problem all users should be aware of..

Excuse my spelling on the photo...
