exhaust bung
Hey guys just a quick question as im planning on doing a trackday at the end of the month and in july my Nur spec R wont pass the 100db at 4500rpm noise limit i doubt, now as i didnt purchase the exhaust new i didnt get the bung with it so my friend has given me an old one he had sitting in his garage for a 4" exhaust that fits fine, but it has dramatically changed the sound of the car no more burble just turbo whistle, will it have any major affect on the performance being driven hard round a track?
Quick vid so you can hear it!

I have a bung in my blitz Nur spec R. But I drive like miss daisy with it fitted. I use it as a daily driver at the moment, I "think" it's fine to use as long as the car isn't under full boost, the bung creates a larger resistance. Personaly I wouldn't want to drive mine hard with one fitted but I don't have any black and white information to say its harmfull.
