Default Bugeye key

Hey all. Doss the bugeye key have a transponder in for the immobiliser, or is it controlled by the sigma alarm fob.

I would like to do away with the huge key and just have a blade key.

Thanks

I was told you couldn't on a previous post on here.

It was the guy who was selling the keys so I'm guessing he had done his homework rather than just turning away business

The key has the transponder in for the immobiliser so you do need it, sorry.

The transponder is about the size of a tic tac. So if you wanted a smaller key, you could just tape it to one. Or if you got one of these keys: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Subaru-Bla...item2ec4df0b0a you could slide your transponder right in. Then just use the sigma for lock and unlock.
