Default What to do with my Hawk STI?

Having sold my classic and bought a hawk sti ppp, I have been busy sourcing parts for my project with the intention of getting everything fitted at once. Going by Andy Forrest's level 3 recommendations the plan was for around 400bhp and similar torque, but although the car will never see a track I am now worried that this may not be a safe option and was looking for some advice.

The parts I have collected are

Harvey Smith 20g
SWRD 290 lph fuel pump and 650cc injectors
RCM induction kit with SWRD silicone intake and airbox hose
Prodrive 3 port boost solenoid
Cosworth thermal intake gaskets
Milltek 3" turbo back exhaust and plan on getting my standard headers ported and a Harvey Smith trick up-pipe
NGK LFR7AIX spark plugs

Basically I am asking whether I should keep the VF43, standard injectors and go for a 2.5" turbo back exhaust or continue with my plan? Thanks.

I was worried someone was going to say that. In terms of "bang for buck" sounds like I should just keep it the way it is

350bhp on std pistons is the safe limit. Also, headgasket if not already done

Is it not the bolts on the rods that are the weak point? Could have picked that up wrong. Ad go ahead with ur plans but defo get the head gasket done at the same time. Give yourself half a chance at least.

What about if I was to go with the 20g but keep the boost low?

It's the pistons and hg that are the weak point. Rods will do 400

So it's up to you. If you want that sort of power and reliability. Then it needs forging.

Thanks for all the comments. As soon as I can afford it I'll make the trip to engine tuner
