So been at cams today and got everything sorted ! Then drove to my mums and drive really hard for a bit. When I pulled up I could hear a loud knocking that got louder when I revved the car ( I was stationary) then when I push in the clutch ( 6 puk paddle ) it went away if I reced the car with clutch depressed no noise at all. I don't sound like - release bearing more like knocking. Any way the car was warm so I just been out to try it and when cold its quies as a mouse ! What's your opinion
