Default can anyone help

my Scooby keeps losing power when cornering right or going around a round about. it just goes flat for a 1 second then boost.
I thought fuel surge but filled the tank about half and again the same. anyone else had this issue????

Sounds like fuel surge m8. My track car will do it with half a tank or less, I always keep it above half for that reason. Hope this helps. Only real way to cure it is to go a swirl pot set up. Tim

im having the same issue its only come about last couple days been flicking through threads on here and as matey says feul swirl pot, its fine when im half or 3quater throttle but at full throttle it happens, it feels a bit like traction control coming on for half a second then its fine again ,must be a design fault in the impreza mines a 1999 and only does it going right flat out

Hi bud, my car is a ex rally car 96 sti type ra and suffers exactly the same prob. The standard fuel tank is crap at stopping surge! U hav 2 options, keep ur tank nicely above half at all times or go ahead with fitting ur swirl pot set up. Like u say it would be wise to check ur blue book with regards to rules and regs. Tim

Well done the reading and I get put it in the boot as long as this is a fire wall in place or on a box both pot and pump
As I already got a fire wall so in the boot it goes.
I'm going to fit tomz and see what happens
