Somebody help me please.

Im changing the engine in MY 99 Subaru Impreza WRX

I can not figure out where 4 pipes go... I have marked them in the pictures and have coloured then with different arrows, can somebody pleeeeease help me

I know it's for ej22 but will give you something to go by
