OCD II Port

Hi can anyone tell me is there an OCD II diagnostic plugin on a 2000 Impreza? If so where's it hidden?

What year car? There not obd compliant till 2001(new age)

there is OBD 2 port on 2000 Turbo, MY99, its a 99 V reg, i know i got one, howethere i believe it uses different protocol as my bluetooth wireless dongle cant seem to find the protocol. so the port is OBD 2 but the protocol is not.
