hi guys .
dose anyone know of a place that can recon a TD05 from a 1995 wrx please?
or is it better to just buy a new one ?

Have a chat with graham at universal turbos or the guys up at Owen developments. Getting the unit reconditioned with be like having a new one. But sometimes can be just as costly as buying a new unit if badly damaged
