STOPPING LOUD BEEPS WHEN LOCKING/UNLOCKING GB270
Just acquired a 2008 Reg Impreza WRX GB270 but find the really loud beeps when locking unlocking doors to be annoying and don't want to annoy neighbours late at night. Any way of reducing sound level or stopping the beeps altogether.

you will need to deactivate it using the keypad to the right under the steering wheel, turn ignition on press key 6 and turn ignition off
if you still want the beep but softer sound and not as loud turn ignition on press key * and turn ignition off
