Default Denso or Bosch

Trying to track down an 02 sensor for my 55 Hawk 2.5.

all the searches and advise on here state " Get Denso " however I can only find Bosch for my car.

Did Subaru change supplier for the 2.5ltr motor?

Cheers
Paul

Single outlet, but surely all would get the same from Denso, just depends on their mark up....
