Default Bc coilovers fitted but !!

Ok fitted the bc's yesterday took it out for a little spin this morning but have found the rear wheels to rub on the arches when hitting speed bumps .. I no I can adjust the ride hight.. My questions are do I need to compleatly remove the shock from the hub to adjust or can I undo the bottom ring and turn the whole shock..
Also how much should I be thinking about lifting it 5/ 10 mm

Is there a standard ride height, I think from floor to arch mine is approx 61cm and I'm running 18" alloys...

Many thanks

All done raised it by 9mm all round seems to have fixed the rubbing on arch, but I seem to be getting abit of judder under heavy breaking at higher speed would this could this be own to the fact it needs to have wheel alinement ?
The car has been sitting for a few weeks so there was some surfice rust on discs maybe I should drive as is for a week let it all settle down then get the wheel alinement done ?

Book your alignment appointment asap and the car will 'settle down' on the way there.
