I have a V4 Type R with a V7 lump and a budget of £350.00 that I would like to put towards a knock sensor other than the current OEM one.
I had no issues in the UK and seeing as the car is currently in North Cyprus where fuel is shockingly appalling and severely inconsistent I would like to have a pre warning before she goes bang. I constantly use octane boost but would like a little more reassurance in regards to knocking.
I have looked at KS3 and the knocklink G4 - are there any other knock sensors that will help give a warning or is there a digital version which will also help measure the air fuel ratio as well pinking or det ?
Cheers.
