Was thinkg that but as the nut is under the full lines and in the chaser so is going from the top and cuting the top out is this the best way as I don't whant to have a hole in the back of the car mate

I've just been surveying the situation and if it was me I would cut /grind offending bolt head off then attack from the top ,
Take rear seats out get yourself a longish punch or screwdriver and put it through the hole underneath and tap it with a hammer , not right through , just so it raises so u can see where you need to drill from the top and if your gonna hit owt
Get a hole saw big enough for you socket to pass through , drill from top , swear at offending nut and throw it , put new nut and bolt through , tighten up , put rubber grommet in hole if you really wish ( I'd just stick any old ****e over tbh)
Chuck seats back in and off yer go

As far as I can see you've no other option I'm afraid
