Default Cutting out

When I push my clutch down when driving my revs drop so low my car cuts out or struggles to to stay idling this is only when driving, if I just start up stand still she sits fine and when I rev it's fine any ideas

Not fit a lightweight flywheel have you?

Dirty throttle body / idle control valve?

Lower inertia of a lightened flywheel can drop the idle considerably without a map is why I asked.

I would say it is most likely an air leak....you got a dump valve / BOV fitted? FMIC?

If your certain there isn't a leak then as above I would check the throttle body and idle control valve.

Check your inlet hose, especially where it's clamped to the turbo - the jubilee clamp, if overtightened, can split the hose.

They can be a nightmare pal ensuring they are all air tight. Have you got a boost gauge? is that's ready ok still?

Could be the DV also, I had one that had gone weak and started to leak causing bad idle.

Well if it was a boost leak you would expect to see it on the boost gauge

Its going to be one of those things you have to check everything, I would make a list and go through them to make sure your covering all your bases. Start with all the stuff you have had off recently.

Yeah thinking more of a vac of maff than a boost leak I would hear it and like you said I'd see on my boost gauge and my boost is strong it's just when I come to a junction with clutch in she dies or nearly does, gunna check everything again tomorrow and clean things up ect cheers bud
