When i set of in 1st gear with a high degree of urgency the car seems to set off in two stages. Starts pulling well then seems to die slightly then bang your fired away, iIt's as if the car has to think about it, Once your moving 2nd 3rd 4th Etc gear pulls very strong without any hesitation. Is it me not getting correct throttle position or does everyone else suffer with this. Mods :-

Jap inovations open wastegate Dp, Magnex decat Cntr section, Magnex back box, Dawes valve @ 13 Psi + shell optimax.
Any Ideas ?

It's all in your mind!!!!!!

 

mine does this.... its recently started to die/miss a bit when i hit about 5000 just for a split second.... it didnt use to dont know why..?? only in first gear though..

my m8's MY94 has done this very thing for ages, like you say, only in first though!
