Default 93 wrx trying to start but wont :(

Hey'all

Ok sorry to bore you all to death but here goes:

I bought a 93 impreza wrx a while back and it had a leak from the cam seals onto the headers, causing smoke.
I had this rectified by a mechanic but when it was trailored back, I started messing with the car instead of putting things back where they should be (lights, bumper etc)

I then fitted yellow injectors, td05 turbo, front mount, and big air intake (piper x)

Now the car hadn't been started in a while so when I tried to start it - it seized. So I gently turned it over by hand from the middle pulley with my breaker bar and a 22mm socket and I could hear a hissing noise - and now it turns and sounds like it wants to fire.

I cant get the car to start, it stinks of fuel when trying and I noticed that some of the red liquid gasket I used to seal the new turbo to the down pipe has come out through the back box, including petrol - and lots of it.

Its definitely sparking as its trying to start, all the fuses are ok and I have checked all earths and they are fine.

Any ideas? If theres anyone that can come and help in Birmingham I will pay you to come and have a look, I just desperately need this car running and driveable

Can anyone help me with this? Much appreciated

Tom

BTW - before I get shouted at - I have bought a apexi power fc ecu and an apexi avcr to control boost, just don't want to fit before its running and then I can get it mapped.

You maybe got a bad injector that stuck open or else not spraying properly?

its sounds like you have pinched one or more of the injector seals allowing the fuel to flow into the cylinder/s as soon as the pump is primed.

I'd unplug the crank sensor & do a compression test, if the engine seized or hydrauliced on fuel which leaked into the cylinder then it may well be knackered & you may be wasting your time.

Possibly, or a rebuild, but a compression test will answer that question for you.
