Default injector upgrade

hi ive got a 98 v4 uk turbo pre face lift, i want to upgrade the injectors to 440cc cus im planning on 330bhp, will any yellow injectors fit or will i need the rails aswell?

Any 1.5 phase yellow injectors will fit ..phase 2 will fit with the aid of collar kits im sure lateral do them...what ecu is it running as you cant change em on standard would need to be mapped in

im planning on an esl, 440cc's, td05 16g, better fuel pump and ive got an uk300 ic to fit hopefully that will see about 330bhp ive got a 3" decat and exhaust and air filter already got it dynoed and it was 235@10psi its now running 12-13psi and im guessing about 250-260bhp. if i get some phase 2 injectors with the rails attached will they just bolt straight on ?

No mate phase 2 rails are off v5/6 the bolt patterns different you can fit the injectors into your rails with an adapter kit....

as said fella phase 2 yellows need the fitting collars. the carl davey site in your link does them as well. phase 1/1.5 fit straight in as they are a different shape. look at this link at the 4th picture down and you will see what i mean. the injector on the left is phase 2, the one on the right is phase 1 440,s from an sti which fit right in. http://www.trackscotland.co.uk/forum...e014572b75a4e2

i know there a different shape i just dont get why you cant get the rails with the injectors in them from a phase 2 and bolt them onto a 1.5 the bolt holes look exactly the same

Hi Kirkby quick question for ya I purchased a scooby recently that has an z4 ecu with els daughter board fitted that has removable chips and I have another set to go with them that are apparently set for 330 bhp where or who maps these boards to check it's running safely as don't wanna blow the engine cheers

dont know much about removable chips but look up jolly green monster they sell and map esl
