im so confused at first my rad went so replaced it with a brand new one at the same time I changed the thermostat all was good for 2 weeks than pulled up after a short drive and switched the engine off it dumped all the coolent so remove the rad and sent it back to be tested all came back fine after a bit of searching I found a hole in the bottom hose that was squirting water against the rad so now I have changed the hoses and all was ok for the first day than the second day it started over heating until I rev it and it will go back down to normal temp when I got home there was no water in the header tank at all filled it back up and all was fine again till the day after were the same happened again filled it back up and all was fine cheacked all over and no leaks at all than tonight comeing back from work I pulled up out side nd it started over heating so knocked it off and the header tank was empty all so my exhaust was smokeing i.e as if it was burning water but still getting red hot air though the heaters any one got a clue what it could be ? all ideas greatly appreciated thanks dan

Did you do a search for how to refill without airlocking? It's vital to do it properly, your symptoms sound like an airlock, which can be fatal for the head gaskets
You need to drain and refill properly, then report back.

tried to bleed the water system twice today each time I get the heaters warm drive for around 15 mins and the heaters go cold again and starts to smoke also loses all its fluid so decided to do a compression test only managed to do the one side so far closest to the turbo and got 152psi and 149 psi are these about right

Not doing it properly, running it like this WILL destroy your head-gasket, which is a VERY expensive way to learn!!!

I have bleed it how most people recommend on her by draining it all off and removing the the pipe that goes into the turbo elervateing it and useing a funnel poring water into it slowly to stop it blurping the water till the water returns to the header tank than refitting the hose back to the header tank starting the car with the heaters in full and top up when necessary than putting the header tank cap back on when warm and takeing it for a steady drive to make sure is this not correct ?

this is how I do it as well from recommendation from the header tank to turbo hose with a small funnel and slowly, takes an age to do, then the odd wee bit top up, but I still get an airlock, have tried this method twice both times with an airlock. I think there must be a better way

Nope.
You just need to go very slowly and pour the coolant into the funnels so that it runs round the funnel and down the tube WITHOUT filling the funnel, which can cause it to gulp.
Might be worth giving the bottom hose a few squeezes every jugfull of coolant, in your case.
