Default 550 pinks or 440's with a FPR (on a MY00 Turbo 2000)

Wondering what is most straight forward between the two. Can the 550's be fitted directly into a classic or do they have to be altered, different fuel rail etc?

My mods are:-

H&S Decat DP
Prodrive cat back resonated system
ported and wrapped up pipe and headers
Walbro 255
Hybrid FMIC
Induction kit (or standard air box with panel filter if possible)
Ecutek remap with NF octane booster
VF or TD05 turbo
Uprated plugs

would like 330+ just wondering if its easier to run a set of bigger injectors or an adjustable FPR with the standard 440's

any opinions lads?

you will need a carl davey fitting kit ( over £200)just to get 550s to fit and a new age fuel rail set up will be cheaper than billet stuff ..

i have a similer spec and 440s with fuel presure reg set at 3.5 bar

i should be at 340+ evan more with meth

i wouldn,t bother with the nf booster you won,t need it .

just think when you do remap thats the fuel you got to use all time best is shell then tescos momentum both are 99 ron but if its not that easy to get where you live then go for 97 ron as most other forcourts do it

cheers thunder8! ill go with an adjustable FPR then, whats recommeded fuel lab and aeromotive? what the sytec ones like, they are cheaper but maybe for a reason.

What turbo and boost are you running mate.

Regards fuel we dont have 99 ron here :-( and the car is pretty much a weekend car only so i was gonna run it with the NF as it doesnt do big miles and i will always have a supple of it in the house.
