With 130k+ on the clock, being a cat D and the small handfull of jobs it needs - I'd say that's a good offer.

I'd say it's worth £1300 all day, would put it up for £1500, Ideally get the oil leak fixed as it sounds like it could be the rear crank seal so gearbox out job, i'd want that sorting before I paid a penny.
