Default Cams Related Advice needed

Sorry if this has been a million times but I have tried using the search function and couldn't find the necessary information.

I have a Type R on its way from Japan at the moment. I have been looking whilst I am waiting for it to arrive a list of possible first mods to do before I get the car mapped. I have come up with fuel regulator, injectors, fuel rail, fuel pump, cams & cam gears. What sort of power should I see from the above mods? Also would the resulting power gained from these mods be safe to run on what would be a standard engine?

What would be the correct duration & lift for the cams on a standard engine before needing to have head work, retainers & springs etc?

Here are a few photos of the type r which were taken in Japan before it left

on a std engine there is nor requirement at all for cams/cam gears IMO.......the type-R/STi has a decent valve train as std an will comfortably out perform the std turbo

As above I would not really bother with cams until going over 500+ bhp.SJ.
