Is your question the wrong way round?
Why would you want to fit older tech parts to a newer car?
Other than body panels, pretty much most parts can be swapped over.

Gearbox will fit, by "pogo" I assume you mean PPG?
Engine will fit, although you may need to swap your cylinder heads onto it.
Coilovers will fit, provided it's not a 2005> Sti. You'll need to fit the newage rear topmounts though.
