Are the prices above inc delivery?
Will we need new nuts or will standard Subaru ones suffice (inc the locking nut)?

Delivery is included in the price as are new nuts, spigots where required, and a set of locking nuts.

I appreciate that some of you managed to get the wheels cheaper than the prices stated in here but they were probable clearance stock from shops that were no longer going to supply or places that are going under.

The supplier for this group buy are the Main distributors of Rota Rims in the UK so they set the RRP for other UK sellers so you will not find them cheaper anywhere else, if you do I would like to know where as I would be interested to know if they can supply 10 - 20 sets of wheels.

You also have to factor in the Exchange rates etc going belly up so prices are bound to have gone up slightly.

As requested I will talk to the supply but I doubt very much there will be a great deal of movement.

Just spoken to TSL and they want £550 for just the alloys inc delivery - 18x7.5 (free nuts inc lockers). They are finding out availability though. I think the price of Rotas in general have gone up so it's unlikely we will get the prices some are saying they got, which is a shame.

Yeah I asked them for information at the same time I asked Rarerims and they have litterally only just got back to me, they have not given prices as yet so wait to see what they actually come back with .

Not cheaper for the 18x7.5 GRA - works out to £1100 for Toyo package. £589 plus postage just for alloys.

RotaShop seem cheaper on rims only 18x7.5 is £589.99, GB is £594.00.

Also some of the GB sizes listed above aren't on the Rare Rims website.

Force
18x8.5 5x100 / 5x114 ET48 – No listing rare rims
18x9 5x100 / 5x114 ET38 Coming Soon - No listing in rare rims

Grid Drift
18x8.5 5x100 ET44 - No listing in rare rims

Stealth, were these sizes confirmed by the importer, Rare Rims?

Thanks.

I also think you'll find the SDRs are no longer available. They went end of life some months ago now.

dp3000 - All sizes and listings were direct from Rota (Rare Rims) and if they say they got em, they must have em

F1 Fan - They clearly have lots left mate as the information above it direct from Rota.

To be fair I have spoken to Rotashop and they have said any alloys off of their site and they will honour a 10% discount with free locking nuts (not replacement ones for what you have) and it will be £20 for delivery provided we get 10 sets sold together.

So if you work that out over all :

18x7.5 is £589.99 - 10% = £530 + £20 delivery = £550 + change of wheels nuts = £570 so the prices are all much of a muchness!

Well good luck. I spoke to Rota some 8 months ago having tried every supplier in the country and they had 3 gunmetal 17" left and that was all.

Tried again recently for a friend and they had none and again said they were end of life.

Strange!

Good luck with the group buy mate, i wasnt trying to throw a spanner in the works or anything. Didnt really consider the exchange rate to be honest, i got mine about 2-3 years ago now and the £ was very strong back then, hope it goes well

LOL it's all good fella, I'm not making anything out of this group buy, I'm not entirely sure I can buy any after buying new turbo, induction, FMIC and having a remap so I thought I would put in the leg work for everyone else to benefit, to be honest if it works out well for everyone it's good news, if we don't get enough people Ho hum, we can try again at a later date as I know things are hard at the mo for everyone

I've been looking for some Rota wheels for a while now and these group buy prices seem very good to me.

I'd like a set of Rota GRA's (18x7.5 5x114.3 PCD ET48 in gold) with Falken FK452 tyres (225/40/18) please.

Thanks

I saw that - but the ones I would get (GC-10) are still over £1200 a set just for the wheels...

I can get two sets of Rota's for the same money (yes, I know they are not as light/strong) but it's a big difference.

I was up for this then I dropped on a set of Oz Superleggeras. If you want to get a 'better than GB' price, you could contact Mark at NCB Motorsport, he was going to do me a very good deal which you will enjoy if the GB prices above are to your liking (as it would only have been bettered by 20 people playing ball). I also got the same deal from topgear.co.uk. Hope this helps you get sorted if this GB is not going anywhere
